Skratch Labs created the Sport Recovery Drink Mix to help those of us who need to refuel but are wary of punishing our stomachs to reward our muscles. The mix is a great tasting recovery drink that's free of excess ingredients, so it keeps recovery simple and intestinal distress to a minimum.

While we would love to have a freshly cooked meal after a workout, if we're on the road or warming down after a race, it isn't always possible. Sport Recovery Mix is a high calorie food that you can prepare and consume in a hurry. It's designed to be a very convenient way for you to on-board delicious calories with an optimal ratio of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and salt to refuel and rehydrate immediately after your longest and hardest workouts. It satisfies your hunger and gets the recovery process going when you need it the most.

Like all Skratch hydration mixes, the Recovery Mix is non-GMO, gluten free, and kosher—though it does contain dairy derivatives, so it's not vegan. Additionally, the Coffee Sport Recovery Mix contains 45mg per 50g (12oz prepared) serving. This is about half of what a typical 8oz cup of coffee contains.

  • A recovery mix for endurance athletes
  • Specifically designed to replenish glycogen stores
  • Hydrates and replaces electrolytes lost during training
  • Contains easily digestible milk-derived protein
  • Naturally occurring milk fat for tasty recovery
  • Minimum ingredients and quicker recovery
  • Non-GMO, gluten-free, and kosher, though it does contain dairy derivative
